SNDC AIR LOUVERS
Resilience and aesthetic design
Agricultural, road or construction work machines or vans work in harsh environments. The resilience of the air vents is of prime importance. The cost effective SNDC air louvers offer optimal characteristics for such difficult work conditions.
The SNDC air louvers can be orientated and closed off, for the operator to be able to set the direction and the flow rate of the air according to provide adequate cabin comfort.
Standard or custom colour
Available as standard in black (reference 370C42), or two-coloured (black body and grey flaps - reference 370C44), the SNDC air vents can also be produced in batches in a custom colour or / and include your logo as an embedded pattern on the air flap.
Tested sturdiness and resilience
The resilience of the SNDC air louvers was tested and approved on two automated test benches in different temperature conditions (-35°C and +80°C).
The first automated bench tests the rotation resilience of the louvers (in the configuration 2, with its swivel guide support), while the second tests the orientation, opening and closing of the flaps. In both cases, over 50 000 cycles have been completed without any failure. This amount of cycles is well over the amount of cycles that an air vent will have to perform during its life time.
